From lambs to a bunny! Not too far of a leap for this time of the year!
LORD, every day You pour over and into us Your patience, faithfulness and kindness! Our hearts become stirred with Newness and Freshness and the awareness of Your works in the Unseen are mirrored by the emergence and unfurling of springtime buds! Indeed, they are too many to count and all around us! I just love the instant a tiny little nub bursts open in living color! An extraordinary and unique work all Your Own as You so artfully orchestrate the resurgence of something exquisite, lovely and good out of something that. Well. Quite frankly, looks dead!
Your Presence soaks and permeates the atmosphere as You work to revive, guide, preserve, sustain and protect the most intimate part of our hearts as we, too, transition thru each of our spiritual seasons. So very carefully and meticulously You attend to every detail! You tell me not to worry, that You’ve made provision. To be honest with You…well…I just need to learn to be and live now to Breathe…to relax and trust You implicitly, no matter what the complexities of any situation! To fill my eyes with the words of Your heart in the midst of a world full of so crazy layers and moving parts!
Help me in my weakness, for I am prone to a peculiar dichotomy of mind. You say the battle is Yours, so please feel welcome to take on any lie or fake line that keeps me from seeing and experiencing the GREATNESS of You and Your love! You ever so gently go about enriching and maturing me as a Brand New Creation and Spiritual Child I now be.
Thank You, Jesus, for everything You’ve ever done and continue to do every day! Thank You for my new name! My new clothes! My new shoes! My new home! Thank You for my new food! The season change…and for providing a fresh look!
Thank You for showing me a way far better way to do life! And reminding me I don’t do it alone!
You’ve promised there are more and much finer things yet, beyond the horizon, so I’ll not entertain doubt and fear but take joy in my Salvation! Leap forward in faith…at peace and at rest in the assurance of Your grace and trust You to take care of us all in these uncertain times.
Everything that can be will be shaken, in order that those things imperishable and unshakeable will attest to the truth of those things that are meant to eternally remain! Thank You, Jesus!
