God’s Love Speaks Louder

God’s Love Speaks Louder

“One thing I have asked of the Lord; this is what I desire: to dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to gaze on the beauty of the Lord and seek Him in His holy temple.”
Psalms 27:4 BSB (Emphasis, mine)

I rejoice in Your faithfulness, O GOD, for You are ever with me! Yes, my lips will forever sing of Your faithful love! The assurance of Your presence makes my heart strong! How tightly I am held within the grip of this promise!

How grateful I am for this lens You have given me! Invaluable to my heart, mind and soul as I walk thru life’s circumstance!

Being best friends with You has brought a peace-filled certainty; healing that reaches deep into my soul as I travel along shores where YOU are found to be doing something new in the world…and something new in me!

The wonder of it captures my eyes and captivates my heart! Such fine-feathered details abound and surround each delicate leaf brought out!

Thank You, Jesus, for giving me eyes to see! Thank You for each teachable moment gifted me!

Thank You for the array of delights yet waiting to be seen! Might I linger just a little bit longer with eyes open wide and genuinely fixed upon The Vine? The contemplation of Him inspires and stirs my life’s greatest purpose and song!

Construct in me wisdom and resolve to resist the temptation to follow after negative spiraling thoughts. Establish in me all that travels straight forward and up!

Help me remain sober and alert, compassionate and ready. Guide my steps with increasing discernment as I find myself walking beside other fish each and every day!

Give me the strength I need to choose the next right thing, to hold the line and wait on You with patience.

The scope, depth and breadth of Your plan…well…it’s beyond any of us to figure out! So I’ll simply trust You to do what You do best and settle myself in the Truth that every bit of THAT proves True Love exists!

I can see because it’s been so clearly etched into The Tree.

“For in the day of trouble He will conceal me in His tabernacle; In the secret place of His tent He will hide me; He will lift me up on a rock. And now my head will be lifted up above my enemies around me…

…and I will offer in His tent sacrifices with shouts of joy; I will sing, yes, I will sing praises to the LORD!” Psalm 27:5-6 NASB

No garland of praise is ever too rustic for Him. The more natural the better, I find. The evidence of which will follow me all of my days and fill my feet with His victory dance.
